Vendors

The 2008 Washington State Search and Rescue Conference is being held at the Chelan County Expo Center in Cashmere, Washington, the week of May 12-18, 2008.  We would like to invite you and your company to participate as a vendor at our event.

The attendance at past conferences has varied over the years with Lewis County having 1,200 in 2004 to a smaller conference of 500 attendees in Pierce County in 2007.  We are planning our event to accommodate 1,000 or more attendees.

The main conference begins at 12 noon on Friday, May 16th and ends at noon on May 18th.  Vendors may set up their space anytime after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15th but we request that everyone be set up no later than 11 a.m. on May 16th.  Both RV and primitive camping is available on-site.  RV camping with full hookups is $15.00 a night.  Primitive camping is included with your Vendor fee.

VENDOR FEE:  10x10 space   $150.00 plus a minimum $50.00 raffle item
                     10x20 space   $200.00 plus a minimum $50.00 raffle item

The vendor fee includes:  meals for one person during the conference, electricity, security, primitive camping site and advertisement on the Conference website.  If you have a special need we will attempt to accommodate you, but there may be an additional charge.   Vendors will be located inside the dining hall of the Expo Center for maximum exposure.  If you prefer to bring your own tent to set up, please let us know and we will arrange a space for you.
